Scientific assessment and reviews are executed in close cooperation with a scientific institute. As independent 3rd party, epeaswitzerland gmbh, is ISO 9001 certified and the Digital Product Passport Compass Cradle to Cradle™️ is integrated into the quality management system. epeaswitzerland gmbh is responsible for the following tasks which can be defined along 12 perspectives:

→ Innovation: 

1. Creating Cradle to Cradle Design Innovations for Safe and Circular Products.
2. Innovation Trustee to establish a circular network “closing the loop” and reintegration of materials into the supply chain.

→ Knowledge:  

1. Knowledge Trustee to receive under nondisclosure (NDA) confidential information from the supply chain.

→ Science: 

1. Scientific assessment and reviews are executed in close collaboration with a Material Health Scientific Institute.

→ 3rd Party Verification: 

1. Independent 3rd Party for Digital Product Passport Compass Cradle to Cradle™️.
2. Consulting/3rd party verification: epeaswitzerland gmbh is ISO 9001 certified to ensure impartiality of the Auditory, who are not involved in projects. All other team members are entitled to support, consult, implement and innovate.

→ Audit Site Visits Company, Audit Site Visits Supply Chain: 

1. Audit site visits will be conducted at the company budgets are included and within the supply chain.
2. Audit site visits reports documentation.

→ Services / Project Management/Controlling/Administration:

1. epeaswitzerland gmbh acts as service provider and project manager to support Digital Product Passport Compass Cradle to Cradle™️ documentation and final verification through auditors.
2. Controlling and administration on team, quality, timing, budget.

→ Integration: 

1. Integration of science in close cooperation with a scientific institute.

→ Confidentiality: 

1. Management of confidential information in the production and supplier network.
2. epeaswitzerland acts under non-disclosure as Knowledge & Innovation Trustee. Confidential data within the supply chain will be collected and submitted to a scientific institute. The confidentiality of the enterprises is secured.

→ Compliance: 

1. Due Diligence Supply Chain on human rights and environmental compliance

→ Implementation: 

1. Industry & Business Implementation, including closing the loop scenario.
